 We welcome you to The Tasting Rooms, Dundee’s only contemporary food and wine experience, offering excellent dining and conferencing facilities in unique and inspirational surroundings in the heart of Dundee. The Tasting Rooms is divided into 3 rooms all with their own experience.  Our aim is to try and de-formalise fine dining, so as it is more approachable, not stuffy, or somewhere that is only for a special occasion.

  We want it to be somwhere you can visit at any time and simply have great food.  In the wine bar throughout the day we offer light snacks and sharing platters along with an extensive range of spirits, exclusive bottled beers and over 90 different wines and champagnes by the bottle and over 80 by the glass from our bar & wine list which is the largest by the glass list in scotland.

  Our Balcony room restaurant offers express lunch, pre-theater and  A la Carte` menu`2 with a selection of courses and dishes carefully created by our Head chef Kevin Muir.  Our  Glass Room is aslo avalible for private dining or meetings with menu`s tailored to your reqirements. 

Our chef`s are constantly looking at exciting ways to improve and re-invent the our menus with the aim to produce modern classics with fresh and seasonal ingredients which are impeccably sourced by Ourselves including cuts of Scottish meats, Scottish seafood and game.  The Tasting Rooms presents modern Anglo French cuisine.
