Vegetables, Salads and Herbs are Supplied by Turiffs of Dundee or Chalmers Market Gardeners of Longforgan.


All Oils and Dressings Use Ola Rapeseed Oil from Inverurie.


The Cheeses are Supplied by The Cheesery in Exchange Street.
