Cheeses

The Cheese Board on this Menu consists of

  • Dorset Red
    A smooth textured farmhouse Cheddar which has been smoked over oak chippings. Intense smoky aroma and delightful full flavour. It is made from pasteurised cow's milk.
  • Dunsyre Blue
    Strong, smooth textured Scottish Blue Cheese. Made from unpasteurised top quality Ayrshire milk, this cheese has a wide range of rich, grassy flavours.
  • Brie de Meaux Donge
    Superb example of full-flavoured bloomy-rinded French cheese. Mushroomy, earthy flavour with beautiful richness. Made from unpasteurised cow's milk.

All Oils and Dressings Use Ola Rapeseed Oil from Inverurie.


The Cheeses are Supplied by The Cheesery in Exchange Street.
